
Each Terziere realizes reconstructions in its urban spaces, to revive the particular atmospheres that characterize the medieval aspect of the Corsa all'Anello and the entire historic city center. More or less permanent structures, urban furniture, wooden fixtures in shops, decking and torches that illuminate streets or squares.
Below some of the reconstructions made over the years.
THE APOTHECARY
In the underground rooms of the ancient church of Santa Maria Impensole, we find both the laboratory and the premises of drying and sale, where stands a copper still, mats for herbs and vases for products.
POTTER'S AND DECORATOR'S SHOPS
There is the potter's workbench, enriched by the lathe and the tools, while in another room works a decorator, who enhances with his work the artifact produced on site.
CONVENT OF SAN FRANCESCO: VEGETABLE GARDEN AND PHARMACY
Scenes of conventual life: the church of San Francesco, the spice workshop and the convent garden, with crops and preparations for both food and medicine.
CERARO
The workshop where beeswax is used to make candles, whose production was regulated in all aspects: quality, sale and exposure.
THE GOLDSMITH
It consists of a bench for the various processes and equipment placed on shelves on the walls, where you can find burins, hammers, files, chisels, pliers, pliers, drills. The furnace for metal castings, enamels and gilding and some machines such as the press, the spinning table, the lathe.
THE MEDIEVAL ENVIRONMENTS CIRCUIT
The Medieval Environments Circuit is available, a permanent path with specialized guides available to tourists and students who want to explore the Narnese Middle Ages through direct experience.
GUNSMITH
The charm of the ancient medieval knights and their universe of values in the reconstruction of their weapons and accessories of the 14th Century.
WOOL WORKERS
The reconstruction of the wooler's workshop in a public wash-house, the place of wool processing, the ancient art of Narni strongly linked to the use of water.
